Hamad bin Hamoud Al Qasabi, Acting CEO of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn", received at the headquarters of Madayn Hassan Al Kbous, Chairman of the Board of Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Capital Secretariat in the Republic of Yemen.

Sur Oasis Incubator in Sur Industrial City has recently welcomed the first batch of start-ups and innovators representing food and beverage industry, software and information technology, and training and consultancy fields. Managed and operated by the Industrial Innovation Academy and supported and financed by Oman LNG, Sur Oasis Incubator offers training programmes, business accelerators and workspaces to support and empower entrepreneurs and innovators in South Al Sharqiyah governorate.

Sur Industrial City, affiliated to the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn", has signed an investment contract with Al Ghaith for Chemical Industries to establish chemical plant on 60,000 sqm with an investment value exceeding USD 40 million.

Nizwa Industrial City, which falls under the umbrella of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn", has signed an investment pact with Asas Drilling Solutions to set up a project for manufacturing, repair and maintenance services for machinery and equipment used in the oil and gas industry.

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn" and EthisX signed a cooperation programme to provide financial services and solutions to the companies and projects based at Madayn's industrial cities.

Al Buraimi Industrial City, which falls under the umbrella of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn", organised a ceremony to honour students for their outstanding academic performance in Al Buraimi governorate under the auspices of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Habsi, Wali of Al Buraimi.

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn", in cooperation with Muscat Municipality's Directorate General of Afforestation and Gardens, organised 'Green Madayn' Campaign to plant 150 trees in Nizwa and Samail Industrial Cities.
